SUMMARY:Analytical Techniques in the Laboratory
DESCRIPTION:The Analytical Techniques Seminar is a three day seminar/workshop which comprises a series of lectures and hands-on demonstration on the following: common instrumentation in chemical analysis\, application of statistical stools in the laboratory\, maintenance of common equipment and glassware\, and sampling preparation. \nRequisite Competencies: Analytical Techniques participants must be currently affiliated with a laboratory or an institution or business with a laboratory. An academic background on the field of hard and life sciences would be advantageous but not required.
