SUMMARY:GHS Labelling\, Storage\, and Risk Assessment based on REACH and CLP
DESCRIPTION:The GHS Labelling\, Storage\, and Risk Assessment based on REACH and CLP seminar is a one day seminar which deals with the basic techniques in risk assessment\, proper chemical labelling and storage\, and risk control. All of which includes hands-on training. Coverage includes introduction to the REACH regulations\, CLP and GHS processes\, chemical labelling and storage\, risk assessment using the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) essentials\, and control banding of nanomaterials. \nRequisite Competencies: The participants should have a familiarity with the parts of the Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)\, and the symbols used in the GHS. They should have access to a laboratory either in an industrial or academic setting.
