Description: ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard which specifies the basic requirements for the competence, impartiality and consistent operation of testing and calibration laboratories. This training course will introduce participants to the cause analysis and corrective action tools to address the nonconforming works and corrective action requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participants are expected to: Gain/ enhance understanding of the nonconforming work and corrective action requirements of PNS ISO/IEC 17025:2017; To understand and utilize various tools to carry out an effective cause analysis; To monitor and implement appropriate corrective actions (CAs) in each scenario.
