Description: This course is designed for beginners in High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) where concepts and operation of HPLC will be introduced. Practical sessions on the operation of HPLC, quantitative/qualitative analysis using HPLC will be included. Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of HPLC will be discussed.
Learning Objectives: Hands-on experience on the operation and simple troubleshooting of the HPLC instrument.
