Description: ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard which specifies the basic requirements for the competence, impartiality and consistent operation of testing and calibration laboratories. This training course will introduce participants to the cause analysis and corrective action tools to address the nonconforming works and corrective action requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Learning Objectives: Understand nonconforming work and corrective action requirements of PNS ISO/IEC 17025:2017, utilize various tools to carry out an effective cause analysis, and implement appropriate corrective actions in each scenario.
