The Quality Assurance and Quality Control seminar is a two day seminar which deals with processes that is used to measure and guarantee the quality of a product (quality assurance) and procedures utilized for ensuring that all products and services expectations of end-users/customers (quality control). From defect identification, several parameters are undertaken to ensure that
